Minasian & Associates is a commercial real estate brokerage firm located in Pasadena, California, specializing in property management, leasing and sales for individual property owners, trusts, non-profits, and partnerships. “M&A” efficiently manages each individual property to provide a maximum return on investment, and pride of ownership. We understand that tenants are the owner’s customers and that a professional environment must be maintained in order to provide them with a pleasant living or working atmosphere, assuring that they enjoy and respect the property.
Founder Lawrence J. Minasian established Minasian & Associates in 1986 after an 18 year career in Municipal Government, where held positions of Project Manager of the Bunker Hill Project in downtown Los Angeles, and Assistant City Manager/Executive Director of the Whittier Redevelopment Project.
Led by Company President, David Minasian, M&A currently manages in excess of 1 million sq. ft. of commercial and residential real estate assets worth over $300,000,000. Since its inception over 30 years ago, Minasian & Associates has grown into Pasadena’s most recognized name in commercial property management.
